It went well, no complaints. I got four teeth pulled so there was some discomfort but it was easily managed.

Dr. Unhold is a very caring and compassionate person. Susan, RN was also competent and empathetic. Jana was very kind and caring. Majority of the staff seemed to enjoy their work. They were efficient and on time. Considering my extreme fear of oral surgery and dental work,my overall experience was very good. Would of liked to see the Dr before surgery and wish my insurance was accepted or cash paying patients would receive more of a reduced rate, implants are very costly.

I scheduled an appointment here just last week after being referred by a dentist for my wisdom teeth extraction. The facility is brand new and kept up very well that it's spotless. The receptionists at the front desk are friendly and helpful in explaining how payments and insurance works. The only thing I wasn't too impressed with was one of the medical assistants during my consultation appointment - she was completely stoic. Your staff is the most caring and knowledgable I've had the pleasure of meeting in a long time, and believe me it seems lately that I have worked with a lot. I just wanted to thank you and every one else who had a hand in my oral surgery experience. I can't stop saying how great everybody was. From when I first called to make a consultation to when I recently came for my post-op appointment. Thank you for putting in that personal touch. It really makes a difference in the eyes of the patient. And it certainly made me feel that I made the right decision--100% (and I've been recommending you to EVERYBODY!)
