At 42 years of age, I was VERY nervous to get my wisdom teeth extracted. The teeth were extremely close to my nerves, and there was a significant risk for nerve damage. Dr. Unhold meticulously evaluated his route of extraction. I had the procedure done on a Friday, and Dr. Unhold called me on Saturday to check my status. I healed perfectly with no nerve damage. The staff is wonderful as well. I would definitely recommend Dr. Unhold to friends and family!
Dr. Unhold definitely knows what he's doing. He was careful to make sure I was as comfortable as possible. I was amazed at how quickly it was done. He personally called me later in the day to check on me, and his staff called a few days later asking if I was doing okay. I hope I never need to have oral surgery again, but if I do I wouldn't hesitate to go back to Dr. Unhold.

I have always cringed at the thought of any pain associated with my mouth so going into the consultation was very difficult but as soon as i was taken to the room i was feeling much more at ease. Dr Unhold is THE nicest most caring doctor i've ever met. I couldnt imagine going to anyone else. Thank you so much Dr. Unhold & staff! I went in on June 21st to have a tooth removed. My appointment was for 8:50. I got there at 8:30 and didn't even have enough time to explain the drink stuff to my driver before they called me back! I was taken back and shown to my chair where they hooked me up for my sedation. I was so shocked at how quickly this happened! I had no problems and I wasn't nervous having to get my widom teeth removed
The facilities at NCOFSC are state of the art, and the staff was exceptional. My procedure was extensive and I could not have been in better hands. April did a great job preparing me for my post-op experience and was such a comfort during and after my procedure. I received follow up calls from Dr. Unhold and April after my visit to check up on me later in the day. I have never felt so well taken care of. NCOFSC is a CLASS ACT!
