Can I leave zero stars.beware the service department is a scam. I have a Kia ******** unknown to me that is in litigation for a software update that basically makes your check engine light go on. Long story short Warranty is out, mileage is over and they told me I need a new engine $12,500 for a 2012 . Worst dealership ever. I recently purchased a car and Im trying to remove $10,000 of just extended warranties and other services and they keep avoiding me so they can get there commission.
Can I give 0 stars? North County Kia ****************** is the worst. I have a Turbo is my call and they wanted to give my a regular oil change, secondly they scratched my car and are taking forever to get this fixed. (Still isn't fixed)
This dealership is an absolute ripoff. The service department is a scam and does not stand by their half-assed work. The service manager yelled at me and called me a liar and to never come back over a problem THEY are responsible for. AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COSTS
I returned my leave to North County Kia 1 week early. They failed to process my car. It ended up as a repossession on my credit. I went to the dealership and found my car ON THE LOT!! I was reassured that they would fix it. As of 4/19 it has escalated to a charge off. As a consumer I have fulfilled all my contract agreements and figured out how to find my car on their lot. I have 0 faith in this dealership.
The first salesman was very nice and informative, no complaints. The negotiation to the finance stage was deceptive and I got scammed. We agreed on a monthly rate around $276 per month, and an allowance of 8k for my trade-in vehicle. At the finance stage the numbers changed drastically. I asked for an explanation since they were very different from the negotiation stage and the finance member showed me his screen and said the $8k was included, but complex to explain (first red flag).
