Good doctors and nurse but terrible front desk, they do not have good customer service & most of the time they will give you attitude esp on the phone.
Daly City Health Center. Very disappointing experience. The receptionist was rude, dismissive, and unprofessional. Instead of helping, they showed a bad attitude that made an already stressful visit even worse. This kind of behavior is unacceptable in a healthcare setting where patients expect basic respect and support. Management seriously needs to address the front desk service, because it reflects poorly on the entire clinic.
Dr kanapoli I'm going to have to go make a complaint against you in the health department of San Mateo cuz you have bad stuff that don't care about your patient every time I come for a lab order they give me hard time I wait for 2 3 hours
Staff is always gossiping, always has some sort of attitude with people, especially old people. You can be on hold for 20+ mins but walk in and be serviced immediately. Call when you’re in line and see.
The receptionist never answers the phone. I have called numerous times and I'm on hold for like 20-30 minutes before someone picks up. The doctors are very good. They care and tries to help and if they can't help, they will refer you to someone who can. Dental service has a 3-5 year wait to be seen.
