The receptionist never answers the phone. I have called numerous times and I'm on hold for like 20-30 minutes before someone picks up. The doctors are very good. They care and tries to help and if they can't help, they will refer you to someone who can. Dental service has a 3-5 year wait to be seen.
Always been treated courteously and with respect. Appointments start on time. I go there for general health,eye care, and mental health. Very professional and I trust them to do right by me. Preventative care and those darn yearly exams I am always reminded to schedule is good as I wouldn't remember or I'd blow them off if left to me. All is good at Mike Nevin
Good staff that are there to help. All are friendly. The doctors know what they are doing and they can do labs there as well. It’s a one stop shop
