The doctor was great, but the optician, Lisa, felt qualified to tell me I was wrong, and provide her input on the medical/vision services. She does not listen. I wonder where she got her medical/optical license. I am a long time patient at north county eye center and was treated very poorly by Lisa.
I would give 0 star if i could. It is a Very DISHONEST business. They told me retinal screening is included in the regular eye exam and I confirmed with them twice! But when I arrived for the appointment, they said I’ll have to pay to get the service. It’s such a waste of time to even pay any dollar to a dishonest business like this.
Dr Lee and staff are extremely courteous and professional. I have never had to wait more than 10 minutes for the best eye care I have had.
Each year when I go for my annual eye exam I am ery impressed with North County Eye Center. The staff is friendly and dprofesswional. Dr Samuels is warm, caring, and very through.
