Prior to Cabrillo, I had no issues with North County Credit Union. All the employees were nice and so helpful. Last time I called to speak with someone, it was an unpleasant experience. Today when calling in on my cell phone, their phone system said I was caller 3 in queue. I’ve waited 30 minutes and decided to initiate a second call from my landline while still on hold on my cell phone. Second call said I was caller 1 in queue.
