Eric is polite, honest, and professional. I went in requesting (and expecting to pay for) a transmission service. He tested the tranny, checked the fluid, and pulled codes. Then he took it for a test ride. Recommendation: the transmission and transmission fluid are fine and don't need a service at this time. Then he topped off all my fluids and sent me on my way. Total cost: $0.00. Yes I'll be back. Yes I'll recommend family and friends.

North County Auto is definitely the most reliable place to go for repairs. The staff is extremely knowledgeable and were able to get my car back in excellent condition. I would highly recommend them to anyone who is in need of upkeep. It's a shop that I will return to again and again.

North County Automotive is a shop you can trust. They don't try to upsell other services you don't need, like alot of shops do. They are honest, and I completely trust them. The staff is very friendly and knowledable. The service is great! There is no other place I would trust to take my cars. I would highly reccomend this shop to everyone!

Best mechanic shop EVER! My crappy car needed so many services done, and I took it to NCA every time. The staff is so honest and doesn't try to fix things that aren't necessary to get more money out of you which is hard to come by these days. I always got my car back in a timely manner, and the staff is so friendly and helpful. Definitely recommend!
