Verified Renter Avana Vista Point is a great place to live. It’s been a great stepping stone and a comfortable place to call home. The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help resolve any issues or needs. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and the property is well managed for a clean, and safe environment to live!
Verified Renter We were relocating from overseas and we wanted to be closer to our family in California. It was very easy to find apartments, affordable and well located thanks to Avana Vista. We were able to do everything online despite being on the other side of the world. Everything went smoothly.
Verified Renter O love it here. I've been a resident for 5 years. The staff is Ashleigh and Akeem are great and Joe is always there when we need him. I love all the trees and plants on the property and it stays pretty quiet most of the time.

Verified Renter I love living here. I've been here for four years and haven't had any major issues. The staff is always friendly and respond as quickly as they can. The only thing I would suggest is they get security due to the rise in the homeless in the area.
