Verified Renter I've lived here for 5 years and love this place. I never had any out of the ordinary issues and the whole team here dose everything they can to make sure we are taken care of. I love that there is so much landscape in spring when everything blooms it is beautifull in here.
Verified Renter I have been here 5 yeats this comming December. I retired 7 years ago. Actually I been social security disability which is nothing compared to what I was earning before I had to go on disability so it can be done. there is a mixture of young middle age and older folks like my self.
Verified Renter I love living here there are alot of good friendly people here and it is absolutely beautiful in spring when everything blooms. I love the look and layout of my unit and the staff is great. They also are always looking to improve the property witch is nice.

The staff is incredibly kind, attentive, and always willing to help resolve any issues or needs. The apartments themselves are well-maintained and the property is well managed for a clean, and safe environment to live!
Verified Renter We were relocating from overseas and we wanted to be closer to our family in California. It was very easy to find apartments, affordable and well located thanks to Avana Vista. We were able to do everything online despite being on the other side of the world. Everything went smoothly.
Verified Renter O love it here. I've been a resident for 5 years. The staff is Ashleigh and Akeem are great and Joe is always there when we need him. I love all the trees and plants on the property and it stays pretty quiet most of the time.

Verified Renter I love living here. I've been here for four years and haven't had any major issues. The staff is always friendly and respond as quickly as they can. The only thing I would suggest is they get security due to the rise in the homeless in the area.
