I don't normally post reviews, but the service I have experienced warrants at least a thumbs up for the guys in service and parts. I brought my 90 Springer into NCHD for a 500 mile service.... Two months later I am finally riding again and am very happy. There are more reasons than I can explain here, but rest assured Gene, Mike and all the guys in the service department made my bikes stay a good one. Everyone that had a part in fixing my bike did a stellar job! Thanks NCHD!
Do not waste your time!! They will screw you over! When my husband bought his bike he got a three year replacement plan. They lied to him and told him that it was all good to go, nope the front tire was completely weather cracked. Got that replaced, now his radio isn’t working and they basically told him to bad for him. They got it to work (it works sometimes) he said so what happens when I get the bike back and it doesn’t work. They said bring it back and wait another week to see if they can “fix” it. Great people and great place to go for all our Harley gear.
Went and purchased my daughters a new dirt bike today at North Country. Excellent service, very friendly, and made sure the bike was all set up and ready to go. Loaded it in my truck and made sure to ask if I wanted them to strap it in. Can’t wait for their birthday party. Thank you all again for your help!
