Had great experience and thought they gave me good deal on trade in. Love the new bike I got!!
We were on our trip to Maine with friends when the front bearings went bad on our bike. Not only did they send someone to pick up our bike and fix it on the spot they also stored our friends bikes until a huge storm passed that rolled in while we were there. Pizza was ordered and shared with the service department. Excellent customer service and we would definitely visit these folks again!
Friends had a bearing go up while on a trip in the area. They picked up our friends bike, took it to the shop, fixed it right away. Before we could leave a wicked storm rolled in. They let us put all of our bikes in a building and let us wait out the storm. I hope the guys in the shop enjoyed the pizza we had delivered! I will stop in next time in.the area!
Huge thanks to North Country Harley. I was on 95 just north of Augusta when my rear tire went flat. They picked up my bike and me, brought me to the shop, replaced the tire, and had me on my way with minimal delay. Fantastic service, thanks!!
I recently moved near North Country with my Kawasaki and was looking for a shop that would help me care for my bike. These guys were outstanding. When I learned that my front tire was worn to the limit, the parts department went full out to find a match for my sportbike and ordered my one at a great price. This morning I had my tire changed along with an oil change. The sales staff entertained me while I waited, providing me with some great conversation and fee coffee and donuts.
