SERVICE DEPARTMENT IS AWFUL!!!! NO ONE ANSWERS!!!! We call the phone goes to voicemail they tell us that our part had to be ordered but no one told us about anything! I have been calling for 2 days. They do not even deserve a star but I had to.
The once outstanding service department has deteriorated into non existence. Nobody answers the phone. They invite you to leave a message but they never return the call. I’ve left at least a dozen phone messages and not one of them has been returned. I was told on 12/31 it would take a couple days to get the part they need for some warranty work. I did manage to get someone to answer the phone 3 weeks ago. After some profanity on his part he said he would get back to me. Never heard from him agin Dale B
I'll never do anything that involves money here again and they owe me $1000 for the trade in that I was ripped off on because Jerry J was busted attempting to sell me a basic escape after I selected (and financed) the titanium model.
I do not recommend North Country Ford! Stay away! (Please note the manipulative, pathetic response to this complaint, by the dealership after this is posted on the BBB. Do not "buy" into any of this dealership's hogwash! They manipulate you to get whatever capital gains they can). Look up their reviews on the BBB, Yelp and wherever else you might find an "honest" assessment of this poor dealership!! (And don't pay attention to the fake reviews!) **************************I previously worked at a dealership in New York and I ... read more
My boyfriend put a deposit on a Raptor about three months ago, signed a purchase agreement, and has been given updates since then. Salesperson Brock told him yesterday it was in and that it could be picked up next week. Today Brock wouldn't respond and when my boyfriend called the dealership they told him they sold it to someone else and it's getting ready to be shipped out. We'll never do business with this dealership in the future and will make sure everyone we know knows they cannot be trusted.
Very deceiving towards me about repairs done to my car.Very dishonest between scheduling to bring my vehicle in and saying when it will be done.Management horrible there!!! Will not return to them. my advise go somewhere else!
I bought used Ford Explorer 2018 from this dealership on May 2021; Now it's end of May and I still have not received permanent License plate from DMV; I have inquired( call dealer, text sales guy) multiple times, both prior to 21 day expiry and after 21 day expiry of temporary license plate. Most of the times, my call is directed to Jessica's voice mail. Never been able to talk to her. Left numerous voice mail, and no response. Today, the lady who answered my call was rude and not willing to even look; she blamed DMV. Now, I... read more
Curt C. North Country Ford was dishonest in the service of my vehicle. Avoid doing business with them at all costs. I had a check engine light on my 2016 Ford Escape. They took the vehicle and after two days said it was a sensor and it would cost 1300 dollars to fix the issue. I had no choice so I paid to have my vehicle fixed. Two weeks later the same check engine light came on and after they had my Escape for a week they said they could not fix the problem, unless I paid them 3500 dollars. I Told them to leave it and do no... read more
North Country Ford has been going down hill for several years they have gotten to big to give good service to their customers. I’ve been a victim of this in my last three visits. First off I dropped off my truck for an oil change and was told it would be ready at 6pm at 6:15 I went to the service desk to ask about my truck and it had been done for 30 minutes but service advisor left and no one cared to tell me it was done. Next oil change they said my brakes were in red zone and needed them replaced ASAP. Oil-change before e... read more
