I had a very positive experience at this health center. The staff was kind, professional, and made me feel comfortable from the moment I walked in. The doctors and nurses took the time to listen to my concerns and provided excellent care. I truly appreciate the compassion and support I received and would highly recommend this center to others.
They never answer the phone
Called there for with an emergency. Accessed teeth, they told me they’d get me asap, and get me in in next day or so and to call back next day. I called back and the girl blew me off. Told me not to call back, that they would call me when they had a cancellation! That was 2 months ago. I never heard from them again. I have been fortunate that my tooth hasn’t blown up again yet as there are no dentists in my area that take my insurance.
CONSTANT scheduling chaos. They will not work with you, when they constantly cancel appointments. Messing up a CHILDS vaccination, double administrating with zero apologies. Residents are quite rude and share unnecessary opinions as well. I would never recommend this place. I’ve given this place several chances.
