Excellent care and friendly staff! I have had many great experiences at NoCo and would recommend to a friend.
I wouldn’t even give one star, but I had to. My son's appointment was rescheduled twice after I had already arrived at the clinic. There was no notification at all—no message, no call, nothing. They clearly don’t respect patients’ time, and there is absolutely no sense of responsibility. I’m not someone who uses harsh language, so this is all I’ll say. But if it’s for your child, I strongly do not recommend going to this clinic.
I had an appointment today with Kylie Lansing to establish care with the practice. Everyone I met from the front desk to the back staff was very pleasant and kind. Kylie went above and beyond to address my concerns. She has fantastic bedside manner and is very empathetic and knowledgeable.
Walked in today for an appointment not one person up front to check you in. Must be everyone called off today.
I had a very disappointing experience over the phone with Tina who is an LPN. When I asked about having my son’s refills sent to a different pharmacy, she responded in a rude and dismissive manner. As a parent, I was simply trying to ensure my child received the medication he needed, and her attitude made me feel uncomfortable, unsupported and disrespected.
