very friendly receptionists as you walk in heather was friendly as well as the others that work there. reasonable pricing as well. i recommend N.C.E.C.A for eye care. im happy with my new glasses i got today and dr eid is very nice and friendly along with dr stegen as well. i plan on goin back next year for a follow up with dr eid
I had an emergency appointment with Dr Eid this past week. I was so pleased they found a way to get me in and take care of me. The front desk service and Scott the Optometrist were exceptional. Dr. Eid is the best eye doctor I have ever had! E-mail communications are fast and superb. Follow-up and follow through is top shelf.
Great atmosphere, very welcoming, especially by the 2 women at the front desk! They are wonderful!! The staff we met were great at explaining what was happening, and made my daughter feel very comfortable! The doctor we saw was informative and lovely!
