Always a pleasure to work with
They don't respond when you need them
I've worked with POS "solutions" companies for 10 years. This one is by far the absolute worst I've ever encountered. It takes an act of God to get anything done. After the excruciating process of starting a service ticket, they send your request off into the abyss. You MIGHT get a call back that day. You might get a call back the next day at noon. 5 years ago they were great, they now have poor internal communications. Still waiting for fixes from a year ago, They seem not to care about single lane customers. Unless you are big I would stay away.
