Work took much longer than I was told and customer service/communication was poor. Would not recommend.
Had my truck windshield replaced in January 2018. Had an issue with new windshield (whistling). They made good on their guarantee and replaced the windshield. Excellent service all around. Rachel very good to deal with and no hassles when replaced the defective glass. Would recommend them to all.
From moment one , Rachel was excellent and knowledgeable. My car was ready ahead of the time they said it would be. The work is excellent. They offered to take me to wherever in Plattsburgh I would like while work was being done. I chose to wait and was told about free WiFi and offered something to drink. The entire staff made what could have been an annoying way to start the week into a smooth and easy experience. Thank you!
We just had our pickup truck windshield replaced, excellent job was done. The staff were very friendly, they even gave us complimentary rides to and from downtown! A couple of issues though, the guys must be smoking in the building, truck smelled like it. Also had a ton of mud and crap all over inside of the vehicle! All and all good experience but just a couple fyi to the owners! The actual windshield looks excellent and stickers looked so great!Thanks and sorry for the pet peeve!
I called to get my windshield replaced on my brand new vehicle unfortunately. Glass was ordered and replaced the next day and my car was done in less than a few hours! Very fast and professional! Thank you!
I was recommended to North Country Auto Glass by Della Honda to have the molding on my Honda Odyssey repaired. I also had a small chip in the glass that I wanted to get fixed before it cracked. I called and had an appointment in less than a week, went in and it was fixed on the spot in less than 20 minutes. The staff was all very personable, helpful and professional. And they took care of everything for the insurance. Would highly recommend and definitely use them again.

Very disappointed with there workmanship, North Country was out sourced to put a new windshield in my 2016 Nissan Titan by a local auto body shop that was fixing a manufacturer defective. North Country used the wrong windshield trim that fell out of it the day after I got the truck back. The auto rain sensor adhesive was messed up. This has demonstrated a lack of quality assurance. I will not be recommending them to anyone!
