This one is to protect the public from Mr. Aaron Reinhart and his ploys to get guardianship. He is my ex-spouses lawyer. We have been at this for 3 years now, just separated. Mr Reinhart pushed aside our divorce and brought up Mental Capacity Assessment for me at every court appearance since September 2023. Apparently I cannot read, understand or sign a contract. To be fair we did not meet at the best time in my life. It was a challenging time and JJ (Jocelynne‑Joanne Fenez) made me feel at ease and supported me through difficult meetings, mediations and finalizing my divorce. She succeeded where others could not. I was lucky to have her in my corner. I highly recommended JJ, she is very personable, clear & concise but she never rushed me when I had question or concerns. Thank you for everything

Beware: They will not follow court orders. non-compliance. They commit perjury in court They will not hold the law up in your best interest. I am not a client. My spouse has hired Mr. Reinhart. Im accused of not having legal capacity and am forced to be under his mercy to find a litigator. He was to book a mental capacity assessment through a public guardian and did not. 6 months later i had to because i was tired of waiting and cleared my name in personal and financial matters.
