I do not recommend this place if you are in a wheelchair and need help getting out of it! This place is not properly set up for anyone who cannot physically move themselves. My mom has had issue after issue with this. Funny how a multi million/billion industry cannot afford a hoyer lift/white horse. Will be seeing where else I can complain Maybe OCR because my mom cannot get PROPER CARE BECAUSE OF THE LACK OF MEDICAL EQUIPMENT NEEDED FOR SOMEONE WHO IS PARAPLEGIC!! I advise anyone who is disabled to stay away from this place
I have seen Dr Crylen at this location for various issues and have never had a problem trying to communicate with them. Everyone has been professional and caring.
I met with Dr. Ritsema and liked him - but the communication with the office is so difficult, I don't feel confident moving forward. They have an endless phone tree. I've lever voicemails that were unreturned... and got disconnected more than once when attempting to speak with a nurse. What would happen if something went wrong with my surgery? Too big of a risk to find out. Prior to writing this review, I shared the same concern with Dr. Ritsema directly in my first appointment. He was aware of it - I'm guessing this is out ... read more
