I met with Dr. Ritsema and liked him - but the communication with the office is so difficult, I don't feel confident moving forward. They have an endless phone tree. I've lever voicemails that were unreturned... and got disconnected more than once when attempting to speak with a nurse. What would happen if something went wrong with my surgery?
