Great service.
We rode our Ducatis down from Cairns and our Pikes Peak broke down two days ago outside of Grafton. Grant, Nicola and Reece were our lifelines organising the pickup and transport in very good time. Reece was simply amazing. He identified the fault and put everything back together again better than before. All of the staff were extremely friendly and helpful and meeting the owner Ashley was an honour. What a wonderful man. After riding 2,100 km on our 2023 Pikes Peak we broke down 100 km from Coffs Harbour. North Coast V Twins were very responsive to pick up the bike and carry out an inspection. To our luck they also had a new replacement part which would have normally had to be ordered from Italy. The service and mechanical staff were so helpful and supportive which was very refreshing to see. We can’t rate North Coast V Twins highly enough. 6 stars.
My husband and I went in last week for a look around at the products and price ranges. Upon entering the shop we were warmly welcomed by a lovely guy who came out from behind the front door desk and offered their kitchen and even a soft drink. The shop is presented beautifully and staff seem happy and passionate to be there. We were so impressed and the experience of just looking around has left an impression. Probably the best customer service I’ve come across in Coffs!
