I live on a dead end street by the North Branch of the Chicago River, when it rains heavily my sewers in the basement always backed up. Once i called North Coast Plumbing, Eric and his crew came out and assessed the problem. They rotted out my sewers and installed a flood control and since then i haven't had and backup from the sewers in my basement. Thanks again for helping us out of a rather smelly situation yesterday! Eric and crew came by assessed the situation, recommended a fix, pulled the permits and in less than 6 hours everything was fixed. Very professional, courteous with a very high level of customer service, we'd recommend them to anyone! FYI credit cards accepted and totally reasonable prices! T
All I can say is these guys are best plumbers ive ever hired...they were very professional, friendly, and courteous ive been having extensive work done before i hired northcoast....finally, they have been the only ones to rectify the problem. Might I add these guys were super clean and we all know how messy a plumbing job can be...I highly recommend them...great work at an affordable price....thanks guys!!!...my basement finally smells clean!!!!
