Our main sewer line was draining slow and before it backed up into the basement we decided to make an online appointment with Roto Rooter. Knowing that the outside conditions were not the best, about a foot of snow and in the high teens, I cleared a path to our outside trap/clean out pipes and layed out an extention cord so that when they arrived they could get right to work. We needed a plumber to clean out our washing machine drain. We bought a new washing machine and the spin cycle was much faster than the old one. we frequently had water from overflow that the drain couldn't handle. my husband called to set up an appointment for the week he would be off for the holidays. when he made the appointment, they even told us about a coupon that was in the phone book that we could use towards the service. who doesn't want to save money, especially over the holidays! the technician arrived on time and... read more

In 12 years of home ownership, I have never called a plumber and wasn't sure who to call. Roto Rooter specified same rates 24/7 so I gave them a call on a Sunday evening because our basement drain was backed up. Literally, 20 minutes later there's a Roto Rooter technician @ our house and our problem was solved in short order. He did a great job and left our house with me knowing who I can call the next time we need a plumber. Thanks Roto Rooter!!!
