Very frustrating to deal with. Called at 8am with an emergency and was told that no one knows the schedule except the repairman himself. I left my number and was told he would call me, 5 hours later I still haven't heard anything, Called the office again and was told that if I hadn't heard from him then no one would be coming today. Not sure what kind of business operates this way but certainly not one I will try again

Called three times and even went into the office for a very simple issue. They took my information each time and promised to call- never did. After three days trying to get in touch with them, went with someone else. Not sure how the actual plumbing service is because I never managed to talk with one!
