Worse place I’ve ever seen for service of glasses. My frames were broken and the lenses cracked. Took 4+ weeks to get the issues resolved. And I hear today after waiting 4 more weeks, that my second pair of frames were broken. These were in for repair. Nobody called me to inform me. I had to call at least twice a week to get answers. Now they aren’t even going to resolve my problem, I am forced to call the repair shop myself. BS service I’ll never go back

My toddler fell asleep in the van today when I was coming to have a pair of lenses replaced. I called, the nicest woman came out to get my glasses in the parking lot, they replaced the lenses and brought them back out to me. Toddler never woke. Priceless customer service!
