First I calls and leaves voicemail messages for Vicky to schedule a visit she is a social worker of the family that's in the hospital. She barely returns my calls to schedule a visit and she says she never received my voicemails so I had to go to another social worker named Joy . Joy assured me that that everyone that I told her would be on the bart visit would be able to attend.
