Amazing doctors. Uniquely terrible front office staff.
Dr. Varkula has been a blessing for our family. The staff with North Coast Mental Associates have always been outstanding as well!
I've had a great experience with this practice over the 2.5 years I've been seeing providers here. I see mention of bad interactions with the reception staff but truthfully I've only had kind, and helpful communications with them. I value the quality of providers I see and wouldn't hesitate to recommend this practice to my friends or family.
