Chris recently performed a home and septic inspection for my personal home purchase. As a real estate professional myself I was very particular with who I chose. Chris was thorough, professional and carried the experience with him to discuss any issues with us onsite. He was even available numerous times over the phone when my wife and I had follow up questions. I would highly recommend his services to any of my friends, family, and clients. Looking forward to using him in the future!
In my opinion, there were several instances where the repairs ended up being much more extensive than what the report indicated. I would not hire again.
