Our office would like to congratulate Dr. Ritu Shah, who will be carrying on the North Coast Dental Group tradition of training the next generation of outstanding pediatric dentists! Dr. Shah is expanding her faculty position at Eastman Dental Center, and will of course continue to provide exceptional pediatric dental care at North Coast Dental Group!
Dr. Shah was rude and has poor professional etiquette. She talks down to people. We felt we were discriminated either because my daughter has ADHD or she thought we were uneducated or because were asians. She treat people depending on their stature in life or what she thinks their stature is. I said that because I saw other comments that she is nice and all to others.
