Scheduling an appointment is like banging my head against a wall... First of all any time you call they NEVER answer. After waiting for a few minutes it goes to voicemail, and then you get a text asking how they can help. So someone is able to text me, but they can't answer the phone? Makes no sense. Not only that, but for some reason my doctor was unavailable, fine, so I told them I preferred to see a female doctor (as a female patient) and they literally said, "No"... Unprofessional, unhelpful, and rude.
I spent 25 years going to this pain management clinic..... Made one innocent mistake which they never had the Guts to ask me about to my face they sent me a termination letter.. this is the worst pain management clinic in Indiana.. Christina was my nurse practitioner I thought she was better than that... I thought wrong... I give this place zero Stars!!!!!
I’m very happy with the care I receive. They always get back to me quickly and consistently go above and beyond.
I absolutely love Dr. Kazmi. I've been looking for a physician who actually cares enough to listen and he's one of those.
