Mostly inconvenient The buildings are infested with roaches so they closed all the garbage chutes and make residents walk outside to the compactor which gets too full regularly which means you have to walk back to your apartment with your trash. Sometimes the washers and dryers stop working. Maintenance has always been prompt and helpful for me. No one has ever stolen any of my belongings. The gym was very small but kept clean. Lies lies lies Lies about their prices. I confirmed over the phone a rent price and when I got there they jumped the price 150 dollars over what we discussed. They also promised the apartment available would be renovated but it’s an absolute disaster. Appliances from the mid 80s filthy carpet, disgusting tiles. Etc

Criminals I have lived here for 9 years. The last year things have been stolen from my apartment. Turns out the maintenance staff were going into apartments and robbing people. The management figured it out and fired them. They started evicting those they knew were victims, they used the lame excuse of cleanliness. The garbage compactor is always breaking down, so garbage is thrown on the floor. Now there are cockroaches. Good luck if you move in here.

Would not recomend Been at this apartment complex for a year and the experience has been less than pleasant. Nothing gets fixed correctly as I have had maintenance back several times for the same issues. The common areas are always dirty as many of the tenants here do not clean up after themselves and just throw trash on the floors and in the elevators.
