I delivered a new international truck. Check-in was quick.
I stopped in with a check engine light on a 2019 LT625. I was told the problem was an outlet NOX sensor. They had the part in stock so I had them replace the part. I was out the door in a couple hours but the problem was about 2 days later the same code came back. I stopped at another dealer where I had them replace the same part again. However when the technician removed the part it clearly was an old part and had not been replaced just a few days before. Review of North Central International, Sioux Falls, SD The service department at North Central International is incredibly slow. We’ve had two trucks needing service, and the experience has been frustrating. One truck has been sitting there for nearly a month, with the only explanation being “waiting on parts.” When I called again to check the status, I was told they had the parts—but even then, it has taken several days to complete what should be just a couple of hours of work.
