Service department was very accommodating. I delivered a brand new LT international feom Texas, and due to severe thunderstorms and 🌪 tornadoes last night, I was not able to make it by 12pm on Saturday. BUT, service department offered an after hours dropoff.
Extremely courteous, a professional people Went in with a sensor out on the DPS system had to be towed in and was out within 24 hours of the shop even though we had to wait on a part coming out of Juliet Illinois the next day Real nice new facility Upstairs, they have showers for the drivers with extremely hot water and good water pressure and you must bring your own towels and comfy chairs with big screen TV Downstairs on the showroom floor there is a soda, machine, snack machine, and a coffee, pot I was able to sleep in my... read more
