Since they changed to Jane Pauley they’ve gone down hill.
They never get my kids in to be seen I've left voice mails after voice mails. Very sad! I switched my childred Drs today and will never return or recommend to anyone!!!!
Amazing office and doctors. Since merging with Jane Pauly, scheduling service has gone down hill. SIGNIFICANTLY! 5 days worth of calling to schedule a wellness check. No call back. The entire call from start to finish is handled by a machine and half the options don’t work. They claim you are in a line to be called back by a scheduling advisor. You’re not. Really disappointing. We will be switching to a new provider due to the lack of service. They’d rather make money instead of acknowledging existing patients who need care.
I’ve taken my kids here for almost 15 years. I’ve loved the doctors - so this review is no reflection of them. They are all amazing. The triage nurse that answers the phone 90% of the time when I call is so rude and unprofessional. They also are losing doctors and only have 3 full time doctors. My 3 kids have to have appointments every 3 months. I’m not able to schedule yet (haven’t been able to since November at least) due to them switching to Jane Pauly.
