Fantastic
Guy at the parts counter refused to sell me a part even after I showed him that the Ford website said that the part fit my vehicle. Said he would only let me purchase a different part, that was $30 more expensive, and refused to sell me the one I wanted. After spending 10-15 mins arguing with me, he realized his mistake, admitted that the part was indeed correct for my vehicle, and finally sold me the part that I wanted instead of the more expensive one.
