I was in Sioux Falls for an appointment for my daughter. I planned to get new contacts so I also did this while in Sioux Falls. I was suggested to try one a day contacts and that they would order them and have them shipped to my home. The appointment was May 22nd. I call today on June 4th. Half of my order is sitting in Sioux Falls. Whoever does the ordering claims they were not told to have them shipped to my house nor did they have an updated address or phone number from my May 22nd visit.
