In my humble opinion "NC' is a professionals & novice' shop with an upscale bike selection and a blue collar work ethic In English my kind of shop! latest hardware but not minding working on vintage or even 'beater bikes' ( should know, I've brought enough of them in and they still put up with me) I'll leave room for improvement because that's what keeps you around! A friend of mine and I road the Night Bison Gravel Nocturne last night. We were disappointed that our ride was over when only 2.3 miles in the rear-deraillure snapped off my friends bike. After limping back to the NCC, Chad really helped us out, he was unbelievably helpful! An hour after the original start we were back out and riding our first Bison! Thank you, Chad!
They are a great group of guys that really help u find exactly what u want and they offer great prices.
I worked at this shop in high school. Since then, Toby and his crew have really turned the shop in to a great experience for the whole family. I always send my friends to NCC to find their next bike, and the service they receive keeps them going back.
