I ordered the last bike of the type I wanted they had in store during the pandemic. Owner said they were busy but that they would put the bike together in a day or two. I asked to be kept in the loop, didn't get to my bike and didn't call me. Finally gets to my bike the following week but says that part was broken, once again asked to be kept informed, another week goes by. I'm finally getting my bike today. I can’t tell you enough how much I love this store! Mike took the time to really listen to what I wanted and did comparisons to similar bikes. His custom bike fitting was super professional. It was interesting to see what just a couple of minor tweaks can do to get the most comfortable position. Thanks NCC, I’ll be back! 😁
Eventually I have found the best cycling store in the USA. A huge shout out to Michael and his staff. Customer service above and beyond. Trek is lucky to have you as representation and for this reason, I am choosing Trek above other brands. Thank you, for all the time invested today! I will be back.
I took my boys to pick up their new bikes today and Corrine was a wealth of knowledge. From the workings of each bike, making sure the helmets fit properly and that the boys knew how to use the locks to secure their bikes in public. I really felt taken care of and that means a lot.
Absolutely amazing people! Their passion for bikes and the people who ride really make this place special. I’ve never felt like a customer, i alway feel like I’m visiting my friends when I stop in. Do yourself a favor and stop in for a bike fitting. It will change the way you look at your bike.
Everyone there is alway friendly and nice. They put the biggest smile on my son's face every time they fix his bike for him. Highly recommended. ��
