Will NOT ever recommend this place in Macomb. They failed horribly at helping my son and dropped him over a diagnosis he hasn’t even had yet by EasterSeals. Offered to help me to get resources after dropping him and again failed to help. My son was doing good when being seen for behavioral therapy. Just another place who won’t HELP or take me SERIOUS for him son.
This is no place to receive mental health help. no anger management. have to see someone for 3 months before a psychiatrist can even help you. and their appointments are never convenient. if you have a job, oh well, you have to take off and lose money while also I paying them. going here made mine and my husband's mental health worse because of the financial strain it put on us.
Wish I could give 0 stars. Worst place ever for behavior health treatment. No matter your level of emergent care to see a psychiatrist for medication, they make you see a counselor for 3 months minimum first, even if you have already been seeing another one at a different practice. Then on top of that they cancel appts without any reason. They even tried calling to cancel an appt for us 15 minutes before it started, as we were already driving there. They take forever to refill prescriptions, so get used to going days without... read more
