We own a cabin in Banner Elk. We hired Gie Caraway last year to clean and maintain our second home. We rent our home out with air bnb. Gie gets between 4 and 8 times each month our business. At first our guests were happy with her services. We heard complaints from our guests how dirty the cabin is. No vacuuming nor dusting was done. Basically no cleaning was performed.
