the front desk was so nice and sweet ! just went for a consultation and it was very straightforward
Horrible Service. Will not let you know about Insurance or Id policy until you arrive. If you don’t have it, your appointment has to be rescheduled. Was attended an hour later after arrival. Dentist was extremely aggressive , left me in pain and bleeding after appointment (no cavities). Dentist had NO dental assistant at all, meaning all work was done by one individual. Overall, bad service.
I went to have my teeth cleaned in April I was supposed to have a deep cleaning and the lady in the office said she would submit the paperwork to my insurance and get back to me in a month. She never followed through so called my insurance and found out she never submitted the paperwork. I have an infection now due to this staffs incompetence.
