They were great to deal with until the owner died and his jackass son took over... poor maintenance poor attitude! Our build roof has leaked for 5 years. our toilet hasent flush on the first 2 tries in 3 years , the parking lot is flooded the entire summer and the tree trimming and grass cutting is never done I have had to keep the trees trimmed enough just so the garbage people can empty the dumpster.
