I cannot say enough positive things about the customer service at NCTVA. After watching a YouTube video on how to clean the inside glass on our KitchenAid gas range door, I found I was in over my head. I didn't realize there are several layers of glass inside! I called NCTVA and Barry said to bring the door in and he would clean it and put things back together. Within a couple hours my door was back on and shiny clean! Thank you!!! Our refrigerator died and we went to North canton tv and appliance. They gave us a loaner refrigerator until the new one we ordered from them came in. Great people!

Bought a new washer and dryer. So kind, helpful and knowledgeable! They beat all the prices of the box stores. To top it off, they knew my old washer had died. We bought it at 3:00 pm and they worked late to have it installed TODAY! It's 5:00 pm and they are installed and I am washing. So impressed! Thank you!
Wanted to get information on a part for a TV and guess what they don't work on my model! How can you say you work on TV's and not work on every model like your website says? I will never go to you guys ever again and I will have my friends and family go somewhere else. And to think my family has been going her for over 30 years well that will stop as of today. Thank you for nothing but a hard time and a run around.
