Amazing customer service. Laurie was so easy to work with. I was delivered a refrigerator within 2 days, when most store were 6 plus weeks. Had a minor issue, and they serviced the same day!!! Would highly recommend!!! Support local when you can! My new go to for all appliance and television needs.

Great prices, great service. Sales team is very knowledgeable. Professional and polite delivery team. Two day wait from purchase to delivery, all other stored were 2-3 week wait for delivery. If your frig goes bad and you want to buy a frig not in stock they will deliver a rental while you wait for the new one to arrive! Can't say enough about the personal service. They earned our business from here on out.

Great buying experience. Family owned store with the personal touch that you can get when buying local. Skip the big box stores and shop here. The installation was also top notch. Everyone really seems to enjoy there job. A++++++
We typically used box box stores for our appliance purchases, but after driving by decided to stop by NCTV. The service was amazing. Amber worked with our budget and really listened to what we needed. She recommended different options and put together the perfect package- which was less than those other unpersonable places! We had issues with our new home closing and had to move delivery a few days which was not an issue. Delivery was smooth, everything was installed, and in a timely manner. How fortunate are we to have this business in our area!! Customer service, product line, convenience, staff all EXCELLENT! Even loaned us a refrigerator till ours came in!!! Laurie one of the owners could not have been more accommodating! Les and Tony who delivered had three refrigerators to deal with, the old one, the loaner and the new one. I have had alot of delivery personnel in my home over the years and these two were a so cautious and took care of every detail!! Highly recommend!!!

We had a great experience getting a new washer and dryer. From walking in the door to delivery at our house it was seamless. They even order the specialty color I wanted last minute. very very happy !!
