I have been coming here for years and have recently had a more serious health issue. In this case and with past smaller issues, there is zero proactivity or care from the staff at North Burlington - especially on the admin side as many reviews point to. You feel like a burden to them and have to follow up on every request. A critical specialist referral point was missed which impacted my outcome and treatment plan negatively. I have always had a positive experience with the walk in side of things at this clinic. I also recently switched my family doctor to Dr. Menghani at this clinic and am SO happy I did. She is very on top of things and is very proactive. So far, extremely thankful I switched to her from my previous doctor.
I am sickened by the care provided here. DR H and her exceptional negligence has caused a tremendous amount of pain to my family. After 2 yrs of dismissing concerns and being ignored, my family member sought a second opinion and immediately found out she will need a massive surgery if she wants any chance of living a normal life. We are all absolutely disgusted and heart broken. DO NOT come here. They are sloppy and disorganized and cannot get their act together. I hope she's charged criminally one day. Awful person.
We have had such an amazing experience with our doctor at this clinic. We see Dr. Naji and she is always so vigilant about our medical care. She even called to check in on our 17 month old daughter after she saw that she had to have xrays done at the hospital recently on both thumbs. At the same time answering questions I had regarding our daughter's potential medical needs for something else.
