Visited this clinic yesterday. The receptionist was friendly enough, the clinic was clean, and i was seen within 5 minutes. Dr. Mielke (spelling??) was SO lovely. Kind, caring & compassionate. Id go back to this clinic.
Never going back there, went with my daughter who wasn’t well and was expecting test results two days later. I had to call multiple times and 8 days later after l followed up with the lab directly and back n forth calls with the clinic only then was when they said they’d have a doctor call me.as she They don’t care about their patients at all.
Very bad policy with allergy shot. I had to wait for hours for a simple allegery shot which used to be mush easier by only seeing the nurse nice and simple. Now we have to wait to see a doctor for a useless conversation only asking me if im ok ..and then wait for the nurse again. Very frustrating 😕 big waste of time. I hope they go back how it used to be.
