I never had a problem with the level of care I received, but an issue I did have was getting dropped as a patient because I missed a few appoints because of work. I was not informed I was let go and ran out of medication I have to have every day. This is illegal ..
Dr. Moore was just fine. I had a problem with up front staff. She was very rude and sould never be the first person you have to talk to when entering a place of business. I was also over billed and had a balance when i returned that I should have never had. If the person collecting the money is the same person causing the business to loose money, seams like a huge problem to me.
I was in search of a primary care physician after some issues encountered with other providers. I was referred to Dr. Anewalt by a friend of a friend. I am so glad I took her recommendation! I was able to get an appointment quickly, and the check-in process was easy enough. The medical assistant that met with me was very courteous and attentive to my needs which I appreciated. Doctor Moore is good, but the clinicians were always incompetent in checking my blood pressure. Also I have excellent insurance and always pay copay, but seem to always have a significant balance!
We love Dr. Hall she is amazing with my 2 girls. They both enjoy going for checkups and she always answers all questions and makes sure we get needed referrals.
I've been seeing Dr. Jennifer Hall for many years. She is amazing! I'm so grateful for her and the terrific staff at North Buncombe Family Medicine.
