The office is horrible. You pay your bill and can never get an appointment. The people at the front have no idea what is going on in that office. They are not helpful and if you ask them a question they have no idea. They cannot direct you to the proper area to get an answer. The doctor Maria Kim could not even return a phone call, I’ve been going to her since my kids were born she has seen them in the hospital and it’s sad that I have to change offices due to horrible customer service and no answers. Seems like they didn’t want to accept my 2 year old son because he has two insurances Aetna and united healthcare. They literally told me I couldn’t make an appointment because he has united healthcare but they accept the insurance, looks like they only wanted to bill Aetna
