I had such a great experience working with Shrithi Jayaram at North Branch Walk. From the beginning, she has been kind, patient, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. I’ve lived here for a while and have been waiting to see how the landscaping and exterior of the community would be maintained. Unfortunately, I’m very disappointed with the lack of care around both the apartments and townhomes. The mulch beds look worn down almost to the dirt with little to no edging, bushes are overgrown or poorly trimmed, and weeds are growing everywhere, including throughout the rocks along the buildings. My sister and I moved into this complex a few weeks ago, and so far everything has been great. Jerri and Shri were so helpful with the process, and they were always very accommodating with our questions/modifications to the lease and move-in date. The space was clean upon move-in, and parking has been spacious. Would recommend living here.

My husband and I had a wonderful move-in experience at North Branch Walk! The communication from Jeri and Shrithi has been excellent! They've both been incredibly friendly, responsive, and helpful every step of the way, making the entire process smooth and as stress-free as possible. We have been enjoying the pool, easy parking near our unit, and the welcoming community atmosphere. North Branch Walk already feels like a great place to call home. Thank you for making our move such a positive experience!
