No baby changing stations in restrooms, had to drink water from the sink last time I was there having a panic attack because theres no water fountains or water bottles. I love that my state provides WIC for us. And that theres a play area for the kids while we wait.

The phone service they have isn’t organized what so ever. It’s very frustrating having two littles and having to take them down several times before even starting the appointment. No communication between staff, they lost my child’s Medicaid card after I just handed it over to the lady at the door.
I am sitting here from 1:30 and it’s now 3:13 watched so many people that came after me go first and I called this is ridiculous all to load a card
