The phone service they have isn’t organized what so ever. It’s very frustrating having two littles and having to take them down several times before even starting the appointment. No communication between staff, they lost my child’s Medicaid card after I just handed it over to the lady at the door.
I am sitting here from 1:30 and it’s now 3:13 watched so many people that came after me go first and I called this is ridiculous all to load a card

Friendly service but terrible wait on the phone put on hold 10 minutes and the wait another 15 minutes sitting in my car how annoying
