They are very good! Saved my dog twice! They are also friendly! And reasonably priced!

I have been very satisfied with North Boros for our dog. The staff makes you feel welcome. We love that they offer open clinic hours in the mornings, but the waits aren't that long. I did have an experience where my pet had a problem that wasn't being addressed to my satisfaction. When I mentioned my concerns the office staff was very empathetic and made sure we got the help we needed. They cleared up my cat's diarrhea. Gave him duck and pea meal. He is himself again. I don't prefer the purina meal. It is not digestible.
Everyone here is so caring.. they are responsive, thorough and always give you options. They treat me and my dog with such respect. The MD called me back within 24hrs to tell me blood work results and a week later to check up on him. I would recommend to anyone!
