We have been clients of North Boros for the past 30+ years. They have always provided us with excellent, compassionate care from the office staff to the veterinary staff. From being kind to our fearful dog when she comes in for her annual visits, and making the visits less stressful, to yesterday, when we said goodbye to our 18 year old cat who suddenly became ill. Took my cats here for both drop-in, urgent visits and routine appointments. All the times I brought my cats here were wonderful; staff was great and friendly and the vets I interacted with never made me feel like my numerous questions were taking up too much of their time. Also, loved that they have drop-in hours, especially for things that came up that didn't require emergency visits, and evening hours so I didn't have to take time off of work for routine visits.

I have been taking my dog to them since 2014. Luckily, she is very healthy and so most of our visits have been her yearly checkups and shots. A few times I had to call with some questions and their responses have always been quick. Their staff is great!!

Superior customer service and assistance when we need it the most. We feel very comfortable and proud of our vet when we need them to help us with our dog's health issues. They help me day to day whenever i have a question or even a prescription for our dogs urgent issues with his paw. They are also very friendly to any animal they meet and my dog is very happy to see everyone when we go.
