We recently moved in here and our closing was done a week ago. Sales person was very good since beginning but we were told there were no upgrade options for appliances, but we found out that others in the same community got plenty of upgrades. We were misinformed by the sales person even after requesting multiple times. We had so much trust but we now feel regret in trusting the management! Just wanted to share the story so that other new buyers will be cautious in dealing these things during their dream home buying.
