If only 0 was an option. This place is unorganized, water bill and rent extremely high can charge up to $400 one month and the next month up to $1,000. Also look for any small thing to bill you for. Pool was not open for the summer. Office is never open always close, workers always leaving early. Also many robberies have occurred, some back to back.
We recently returned from overseas and visited friends in Austin before returning. We were disturbed by the entire visit. The cars race up and down the narrow street dividing the mobile homes, Tejano music blares from every trailer house and we were hard pressed to find anyone outside of our friend who spoke one word of english. This is a slum by any standard. Don't be fooled by the pictures. They are of the office for this company and don't come close to representing the pit that this place really is.
