We had a wonderful experience renting with North Berkeley Properties. The managers are very responsive, repairs were always easy, the building itself was beautiful, and Ethan in particular was very kind and accommodating, going out of his way to take care of us. Overall a great experience, and I highly recommend renting with them.

A bit on the expensive side, but the property managers are very responsive and take good care of their units. My 3 years renting with them were very pleasant. Ask for Ethan, he is very helpful and easy to reach out to.
I lived at 2821 Hillegass Ave. Unit 3 during my college years between 2019-2022. I loved it! The landlord was very communicative, accommodating with our move-out, and generally I didn't have any issues living there-except for maybe the occasional noise complaint or on rare occasions issues with the laundry machines, but that's to be expected when you live in a college town. I'm leaving a review 3 years later because I am coming to appreciate my old landlords after moving out of state.
