North Berkeley Properties provided consistently excellent service throughout the duration of my 1.5 year lease. They were quick to respond if any issues came up, accommodating when arranging move-in/out logistics, and overall very friendly! Ethan specifically always made sure everything was taken care of. Don’t hesitate to rent here, management is fantastic!
