A bit on the expensive side, but the property managers are very responsive and take good care of their units. My 3 years renting with them were very pleasant. Ask for Ethan, he is very helpful and easy to reach out to.
I lived at 2821 Hillegass Ave. Unit 3 during my college years between 2019-2022. I loved it! The landlord was very communicative, accommodating with our move-out, and generally I didn't have any issues living there-except for maybe the occasional noise complaint or on rare occasions issues with the laundry machines, but that's to be expected when you live in a college town. I'm leaving a review 3 years later because I am coming to appreciate my old landlords after moving out of state.
I had a great time leasing with North Berkeley Properties, they've been communicative, flexible, and very understanding! I would recommend the company to anyone I know.
North Berkeley Properties made my stay (1 year-long lease) more pleasant than ever. All the maintenance requests were resolved right away, and the North Berkeley Properties Online Portal made everything easier, from payment, to submitting maintenance requests and etc. They were also very accommodating and flexible with the tenant's requests.
