Recommendedhad to get stitches on Christmas eve afternoon ..everyone was so friendly and helpful. the wait was only about 20 min and dr Taylor did a great job numbing and sewing. didn't feel a thing ! the Medical asst did an awesome job dressing it afterwards. you guys rock !
I’ve been here 3 times now and each visit has been great. It isn’t always consistent on wait times, but that should be expected since it’s a walk in clinic. Last doctor was more helpful than my PCP.

A little slow but it was Very busy as well. All staff were Very friendly and helpful.
I was initially roomed quickly but then waited over 20 minutes for a provider to come to my room. I did get good care once it started but I would have appreciated an update when " the provider will be right in...turned into 20 minutes. But better work flow is needed here I believe.
I registered online and was immediately given a spot in line to see the doctor. I was notified twenty minutes prior to come in. I registered with the receptionist - sat down for five minutes, was taken in by nurse for vitals, explained the reason for visit, then waited to be seen by Dr. Dr came in within ten minutes -x ray ordered. Ten more minutes, xray technician took images. Ten minutes and I'm fitted with a boot - diagnosed and done! I'm very grateful for Benson urgent care.
As always everyone was very nice. Dr. Taylor is the best!
